We will send you emails & text message appointment reminders 3 days, 2 days, and 1 day prior to your scheduled appointment. Our clients have the option of meeting via Google Meet or Zoom Meeting. Once we get you onboarded as a new client. We will walk you through how to sign in to the ShareFile Portal to upload any relevant documents needed for your desired services. ShareFile is a safe, secure, and efficient platform used for exchanging documents.
For tax filing services, after you have uploaded all personal & tax related documents” into ShareFile. ShareFile will send the (receiving) Tax Preparer everything he or she needs to e-file your taxes. Our Tax filing process is pretty easy & simple. You’ll receive a email & text notification from us as soon as your taxes have been filed!
After your taxes have been filed. You can use the Where’s My Refund IRS Online Tool or download the IRS2GO mobile app to track and check on the status of your tax return refund.
Task Pro Tax Clients have 100% full access to our FREE client portal hub. This “Client Portal Hub” provides full access to all their previous & recently filed tax documents at any time. Our tax clients can easily upload or share their tax forms in seconds and communicate with their tax preparer directly through the client portal. All communication responses, notifications, and updates are seamlessly exchanged in little to no time though our online client portal hub and mobile app.
